I want to say thank you for your review. Though I see some positive things, I am sorry you had a negative outlook while you were employed at Earth Systems. I will say since the departure date (Early 2016), our focus for amazing employee experience and reducing turnover has been my number one goal. I am happy to say that we are there now and we all keep striving to make it better each day. I appreciate your honesty and I do hope that you are happy with your new endeavors.
