I like the way my projects are on me - if they are on time and under budget, I feel good and get the credit. I think I am given the chance to do my best and earn upward mobility. Less formal training than big company, but faster promotions if you are good. The general progression is field work to project management to client management. I like the combination of science and relationships I get here. Clients like us. We get good equipment.
