      Great work environment, rewarding experience, ability to support and watch student success,

      Desventajas

      Little communication about trainings, half-day procedures, and expectations on half days, PDs, trainings, etc.

      Flexible hours and rotating workplaces

      Desventajas

      Corporate is lazy and underpays. They pretend they give benefits, but the benefits offered are prohibitively expensive for nigh nonexistent coverage. Hours are not gaurunteed. There are few to no restrictions on who is allowed to teach kids. During the "Interview" (there wasn't an interveiw) they just did an unpaid eight hour orientation training that they pretended was an interveiw so they could steal your fairly earned wages. I hate these guys.
