      Ventajas

      A start up environment, many leads are being developed at any given time. Not so much layered hierarchy yet, communication could be direct and quick. Any employee could take a leadership role , help is needed in many areas. Epam in Australia is posed for significant growth in the next 3-5 years as added new sales people who are quite active

      Desventajas

      Work stability could be questionable at this moment (early 2024). Epam in Australia has a portfolio of ten local clients. But there are only two which are really big and stable. They need to add more

      Ventajas

      Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
