Desventajas
Terrible communication and no respect for their employees or customers. The General Manager and Ops Manager will cuss you out and treat you like a dog in front of other employees. They hide things from their customers as well. The customers agree to contracts stating that this is a high security facility with no theft! There has been so much theft and break ins during the past year its ridiculous. Then to try to fix their theft issue they fire any one that has their name mentioned during investigation without even asking the employee about it. I have watched so many great trustworthy employees including supervisors walked out for theft. But after it is said and done they have to fire them for some made up reason since they have no proof of theft! They are in a few lawsuits and they don't even know it. This company will get what is coming to them! Do not work for ECS unless you want to be treated like a dog and accused of things you didn't do. I probably sound like someone that is wanting revenge by writing this review but I am not seeking revenge, I am just warning others.
