Ventajas
The metrics are hard to make ($7,000 a day in cable bills when I left) --- but it can be done! The company does promote supervisors from within, gives cash bonuses to high performers, and is serious about training. The interface between the terminals, the Access programming and the phone lines do get buggy, but that comes with the company growing so fast. As the system improves, the job will get easier. As it happens, I washed out, but they did give me a session of retraining; my supervisor was serious about giving everyone a fair shot.
Desventajas
Danbury One needs more bathrooms.
