Ventajas
The customers are well educated and intelligent. The employees other than the CEO are pleasant people. Because there is a revolving door of new employees, employees who are willing to stay on and deal with the abuse can 'negotiate' for privileges. Privileges are flexible hours or part time work.
Desventajas
The CEO is constantly blaming his problems on others. He is always losing his cool. He does everything on his own including sales. He over promises and then can not perform. He blames the employees for not being able to meet his promises even when they tell him that they will not be able to meet his commitments. He blames the clients for not putting the appropriate effort into the product. The product is full of bugs. The programmer is constantly changing the program to meet his commitments to new clients to the detriment of existing customers. This introduces bugs into the system, and forces the customer service staff to deal with irate customers. To top it all off he underpays. He only gets away with it because he hires people without advanced degrees who get used to working very limited hours and don't have ambition of improving their position.
