Ventajas

Work from home, you get 1 hour PTO for every 35 hours worked

Desventajas

Where do I start? The worst company I have ever worked for. They will micromanage like crazy. The managers aren’t on the same page at all, one tells you this and then the other one will tell you shouldn’t do that. This has been happening for the whole time I have been working here. They will give you warnings for things that are out of your control. If you stay on the call for more than 10 minutes they will sent you messages on your screen or chat that you are taking too long, and yet they want you to help customers. It’s a very fast paced job and definitely not worth $12 an hour. If you can just avoid working for them, you will get frustrated continuously and the pay is not worth it to feel like that.
