Ventajas
I was fortunate to join DynPro in my early days & my journey of 4.5 yrs here was beautiful. I worked with many wonderful folks here & got to learn a lot in BI, DW, Cloud technologies, RPA, Automation & anything I was interested in. It was super easy to reach out to management & all you needed was to ask for whatever you want & people will try their best to get that for you. A lot of things also changed recently for good in terms of employee benefits, leaves & other policies, also from Tech stack point of view there are many good projects in different Cloud technologies, DW, BI, RPA, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP etc.
Desventajas
Nothing to mention here, There were few cons but in last few years management did their best & now there is none acc to me.
