Ventajas
I joined DynPro this year in February. Here are some reasons I have rated them star The leadership team is reachable. They listen to you, respond back quickly to the concerns, and actually act on them quickly. The focus is on quality work. There was no layoff due to Covid, not sure but heard that the C level took the pay hit. Incentive/Bonus is recurring and good. Some serious support during Covid to everyone who was unfortunately affected. Daily Standup calls are good, monthly newsletters are very informative The client base is very strong looking at the Size. Already competing with some Giants in the consulting Business
Desventajas
Not much to write here, management is all ears and concerns/cons were taken care of. They give you this comfort to call them and talk about just anything that is bothering you.
