Desventajas
-Management is unorganized and ineffective. They spy on you through cameras in your classroom constantly. If you sit down too much, they have a talk with you about it. When they did this to me, I immediately started searching for another job. I can't sit down, but you can spy on me all day from your office? Ridiculous. -There is NO room for advancement and it is made quite clear. -New teachers get NO support with lesson planning, classroom management, etc. This school should not hire new teachers, if they don't want to help train them. That is fine, but make it clear in the job posting. -Management honestly believes that Draw Academy is one of the best schools in the city. This belief negatively affects the school because criticism filters through this. If there is a problem, it has to be you, not them. Understand? -There is a gossip culture that is fed by management. During orientation, the names of former employees were read out loud and the reasons they left. The also critiqued the reasons! Looking back, I should have walked out then. Very unprofessional and childish! This job is not heaven. Employees have every right to move on! I did. *Make sure your final check is accurate!
