I would like to share my personal view about my cross-functional journey with dotSolved. My background in the BPO sector has provided valuable leadership insights, which I’ve applied to managing complex projects and transitioning teams. dotSolved has been instrumental in my professional growth, especially by offering opportunities to explore new roles, such as project management with the NetSuite team. The mentorship from Ashok Rao, coupled with the support from my peers and manager, has been pivotal in my transition and in building my confidence. The organization’s feedback, training and collaborative culture have all played a key role in my development, fostering continuous learning and innovation.
