Ventajas
The work/life balance really is great. The location is amazing with the restaurants, shopping and nightlife-happy hours. Socially and for mental health and sanity, being around good people is a big plus. Flexible hours for start time and lunch time.
Desventajas
Salary. How can a company with such dominance in the workplace not pay their employees at least the standard. (Which you find out what that is by talking to ex-employees working elsewhere, OR recruiters when searching for a new job) .
"more for less". I say, how about "more for more". When employees feel valued, they will give more, without question.
Each person will have their own laundry lists of problems. It really comes down to which team you work on, the managers, their style and the work you do...or don't.
