Ventajas

Hi I'm working at dollar rent a car at the honolulu airport. The pay is good if you have a passion for sales. If you don't have the drive to sell or build strong relationship with your customers you probably will fail. The secret to getting good money is knowing when to sell and when not to sell. But sky is the limit. If you keep practicing and refining your skill you will do well in this industry.

Desventajas

The biggest con is yourself. If you don't constantly refine and tweak your sales pitch you probably won't do well. You must invest time in yourself. Read books on sales and techiniques. Copy and mimic the best agents and figure out how they do it and make it your own. Best advice I can give to new hires with no experience.
