Ventajas
I have very few positive things to say about my experience working for this company. However, my co-workers were the best people on the planet. I met fabulous individuals who are my friends to this day. Forever thankful for them. We bonded over the toxic environment we all had to work in. I do feel like a grew a lot at DIT. I came away with a ton of experience, both good and bad. My general know-how in regards to handling BS was also increased. :)
Desventajas
Tellin' it to you straight here. This company is not worth your time and labor. The management is downright horrible. You're not paid what you're worth or given the respect you deserve. They will use and abuse you if you let them. I honestly don't believe this company will be around for much longer due to very poor decision making. Don't risk the chance of being laid off.
