Desventajas
1. Demotivated, disrespectful, lazy and negative team. 2. Office environment is very dull and demotivating due to no salaries, too much work stress and no holidays and no work from home is allowed. 3. They don't even provide tea or coffee and snacks. 4. Salaries are never on time. Delay takes 3-4 months for the salary to come. 5. Irresponsible hiring. 6. Company lost 3/4 of the engineering team (It was around 15-20 when I joined) in a couple of weeks. Only 3 of them were remaining when I left. Company lost most of the office staff in couple of months. 7. Even if code reviews are given, it's ignored and code is pushed. What's the point! 8. Internal politics is really bad. 9.Too many meeting but no direction. 10. Salaries are not up to the market standards. They pay 1/3 of what the market has to offer. 11. Management does not respect & appreciate the people and their talent all the hard work put behind goes for a toss.
