I joined DT a little over 3 years ago as a Sr. Systems Engineer with the IT Ops department, and it is a little daunting at first because the group is so knowledgeable about different areas in IT, but you will soon come up to speed with the support of the company, group and also diving head first in to the work. There is plenty of opportunity for growth in skillsets and you will never be bored. The IT Ops group has been the best team I have ever been a part of. Not only is the team very knowledgeable, they support each other and there is a comradery amongst the team as well. The customer portfolio is rapidly growing due to the sales team and there is always interesting projects to work on. There are not many companies where the CEO walks around and mingles with the lower rank and file but at DT the CEO is highly visible and interacts with staff. He also listens to the employees even on the most trivial of stuff (simply suggested that we have healthier snacks in break room, and next week veggie platter and fruit was an option, plus all the other typical snacks) and acts upon recommendations. DT is a large company on the fact that it has the resources to help support and grow your career, but a family atmosphere because of the employees and leadership.

Desventajas

Can get a little hectic at times juggling the work, but that also keeps it exciting.
