Bullying tactics led to the unjust layoff of skilled motor engineers initially. Direct Line Group managers exhibit mafia-like behavior. Hopefully, a new CEO can recognise this and remove these outdated figures with no regard for employee experience, replacing bullying with a people-centric approach.
