Leaders changing constantly gives no proper direction for growth. - Current senior leaders have fostered a culture of heirarchy and unnecessary rules. (Example office attendance impact performance ratings). Have to say that it used to be a great environment. - Not a lot of opportunity for career progression. Promotion rounds are not consistent (not even every year) and people rarely get promoted.
