Desventajas
Cons:
-Tech issues, slowdowns and system crashes are almost a weekly occurrence
-This company will hire anyone, so mistakes happen when agents don’t know what they’re doing or haven’t been trained properly
-Dealing with disrespectful customers and problems caused by other agents
-High sales targets that change every month
-Work from home is not an option
