      Great benefits, good people and culture

      Desventajas

      Creative comes second. Literally 2 people were promoted from Creative for the ENTIRE YEAR (versus S&A getting like 20 promotions.) Sometimes it's too much of a dog and pony show for C-level.

      Ventajas

      Digitas is an incredible organization comprised of some of the smartest and most talented people in the industry. The clients, the people, the work... all incredible and I'm grateful for my time there.

      Desventajas

      Politics can sometimes get in the way of growth, but that is pretty common in the industry. The only other watch out is for folks that are considering exploring other capabilities/crafts, they may not be as receptive to that as they lead on.
