None really, the organization is very "robotic" and "sterile". The network issues will negatively impact evaluations.
Desventajas
The organization will contract with organizations, and not fully develop S.O.P.'s to manage the project;at time of hire "the organization will state S.O.P.'s are in place." The QC team will be "left in the dark"...Evaluations will be constantly disputed, because the criteria used will be arbitrary. Network issues are constant, resulting in "constant snipits"...to "back up your claim that you followed process"...
