Ventajas
Digital Risk acknowledges that it is their employees that are important and make them successful and as a result, they do try to reward the employees with little incentives and recognize the employees that go above and beyond with awards. For my position, they pay very competitively compared to other companies in Central Florida.
Desventajas
In my department, it feels like everyone is disconnected and there is no team collaboration. Everyone comes in, sits at their desk, does their thing, and then goes home. The health care benefits are great for an individual but costs 20 times more for a spouse and child.
