Ventajas

If you're will to work with little to no training, are able to upsell, and handle the office politics then this isn't a horrible position to make some quick money for a few months.

Desventajas

Office politics can take it's toll on you after a few months. You will be promised the world, but at the end of the day you're a body at a desk to answer that call without room for advancement. No benefits with this 3 party provider. There's no real schedule to speak of. You're expected to be there when work is flowing and makes for long hour, days, and no sunlight being tied to a desk. Moral is only a word that comes out of managements mouth, with very little to back it.

Ventajas

- Great challenge, and the team has your back every step of the way. - Personalities that mesh well together. - Fridge is stocked with bagels, snacks, and beverages. - Office activities are a must to join! Health challenges happen once in a blue moon. - Opportunity to grow with the company. - Once a project is complete and a client is happy, it's so rewarding. - Your input is valued. - Hybrid Schedule. - Little micromanaging.

Desventajas

- You need to be a self-motivator. Not really a con but it's essential. - Could use a better introduction to the company once hired.
