Ventajas
As a fresher we can learn so many things. Also peers in your team are very friendly in nature. We have freedom to implement the new things in our project. Only 5 working days in a week.
Desventajas
Sometimes we will get so many requirements in a short span so we need to complete those requirements and we will feel pressure at such situations. Also if we stayed for more than 2 years.. then our package will not matches with current market. Here they will not provide work from home option which means we need to come to office for all the 5 days in a week.
