Desventajas
Innumerable cons.Worst management. Developers forced to work 12-15hrs a day including both weekends. A senior manager whose name I would have loved to mention here but can't since it violates guidelines of Glassdoor.He treats his team as his slaves. He thinks he is the boss of the company and he can treat people anyway he want. He is too oversmart, very rude, ugly by heart. His attitude is such as if he owns the company and he pays us from his own pocket. Many escalations happened against him, but no action was taken by management which encouraged him more to continue his attitude and behaviour and as a result developers started to resign the company. He has this misconception that he is fantastic technically. He believes we can display dynamic data without iteration in UI. He also thinks everything is just copy paste. I still remember him telling me to copy paste angular code into a java application and change the syntax, as simple as that. Isn't that a WoW? Haha.. Well there are lot more instances which I could write but then it will never end.
