Ventajas
The job is really nice. It pays better than most for the same type of work. There's a high energy atmosphere and that's always nice. It's a good balance for work and getting to know people. The technology is up to par for anyone, really. What I really like about the job is that it doesn't get tiring. They'll know if you belong here and you'll enjoy the people. It's like everyone's special here. But besides from that, there's a lot to learn and study up on in finding your own way so you'll never be bored if you need to have some sort of work to do. They have good breaks as well. The area is good, too, so you can visit the back bay if you like nature.
Desventajas
The hours are an hour longer than usual because of the hour lunch, I suppose. There has been lots of new tables and computers so there are lots of crates in the patio and it can be dusty out there. The office is going to move someday and it is going to be soon enough for it to be a thing. People have left during our last hiring "sesh". That might change, but I think two people that were here before me have gone. Make that 3.
