- Clients are being lied about alot of services & later team suffers
- 90% positive google reviews are written by their own employees
- Internal team disputes/complaints/unnecessary trauma of handling utter non sense behaviour of other team members on an open floor
- Be aware of the "Performance Bonus", the KPI's set for it are illogical and non sense. Deny any cut from your salary in the same of receiving it in 1 year, its a trap that no one talks about.
