Ventajas

When still under Telenor, had very good non-salary benefits. A lot of annual leave, good maternity and paternity leave, etc ,etc

Desventajas

Telco industry is quite saturated. No longer owned by Telenor

the pros and cons here is you must satisfy the need of your customers

do anything that can fish you income in the company but it should not cause the company any damage

Ventajas

Loved talking to customers and help them to find the product that best suits them. I would also keep myself updated with all the newest promotions and find the best one for myself. The pay was decent and there was commission on top of that.

Desventajas

My workplace in particular was not as transparent, the guidelines were pretty unclear and sometimes I felt the manager treated people differently.
