Ventajas
Regarding the inner workings of the company itself (upper management and shareholders), nothing is overtly bad, which is about all I can say regarding the pros.
Desventajas
Pay is significantly lower than competitors (8% to 30%, in my experience)
Salary-only pay structure, so you'll be giving the company free time over 40 hours. Find a place that pays straight time at least and stop giving your company free time.
401k options have incredibly high expense ratios. Profit sharing is pretty weak (half match up to 5%, so they'll give you 2.5%).
Opaque career development process. There aren't even clearly defined role descriptions or titles. They have published documents on the topics, but do not follow them.
For me, it didn't seem like a terrible place to work until I tried something new.
