      Benfícios bons e acompanhamento do HR.

      Desventajas

      Oportunidade de crescimento é basicamente inexistente, também não tem reconhecimento por nada. Todos os feedbacks que recebi foi porque eu pedi, ou seja, não existe uma cultura de acompanhamento de fato.

      Great company to work for. Opened many doors.

      Ventajas

      Reached out to me for a real position.

      Desventajas

      Lied about what to position was. Temporary role. They also claimed that the program had a 100% conversion rate to full time employees. They fired every one of us (over 15) a few days before we were allowed to take the series 7. They told us they needed to clean the office, so take everything with you. Then on my way home they called and told me I was not allowed back on property. Dexian managers did not respond to me after firing me.
