Ventajas

Amazing device for diabetics that legitimately improves quality of life. Working for a company like that makes you feel pretty good about your job. High potential for product growth within medical device market.

Desventajas

Management in Customer Operations/Service is awful - and other departments openly talk about it. Management seems to make the job increasingly difficult to succeed at, instead of trying to help and encourage its employees to succeed.

The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding
