      Ventajas

      Everyone acts super nice and friendly at first. Don't be fooled- they just want to hear you say something wrong or hold something against you.

      Desventajas

      The company discriminates against race, sex, and gender and does not give you any warnings if they simply dont like you - so they fire you. VERY quick turnover rate which is caused mostly due to the employee absolutely being miserable doing their job and being slave-driven to reach impossible goals and expectations). No one moves up unless you're a white male.

      We are sorry that your experience at Dexcom was not a positive one. We always view feedback as an opportunity to get better, so although we disagree with your characterizations we review all comments with the department management and HR representatives.

      Ventajas

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Desventajas

      Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges
