To that end, the team is driven by a genuine desire to have a positive impact on their homeowners, on the communities they work in, and on the industry at large. Opportunities for personal and professional growth are everywhere, provided you take the initiative.

The team -- leadership included -- is young and are trying to shake up an established industry, so they learn some lessons the hard way. Better process and a bit more experience across the board might make things run a bit smoother, day to day. IMO, taking a few lumps is a fair trade for the opportunity to shape the kinds of projects Devron has in the pipeline. I would encourage anybody disappointed with how the sausage is made at a larger shop and wanting to bring some change positive to the industry to consider a role at Devron.

The company is very transparent with their intentions and involves every employee in company development and growth. The company has great morals and ethics, always choosing to do the right thing. I had the opportunity to learn and grow under strong leadership who was always patient and understanding. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to make a difference in the Toronto housing market by building beautiful and well designed buildings.
