Ventajas

The vast majority of people below exec level in the organisation are brilliant, friendly, enthusiastic and warm, and it's these people who make DI what it is and deliver its success.

Desventajas

The organisation has experienced poor leadership, extreme financial mismanagement and a poorly managed cost-cutting exercise of job cuts, which really revealed its true colours in terms of how "people-centred" it is in practice. I'd really advise against anyone joining the organisation until the dust has settled on the past year and there is more stability, and hopefully once the cultural issues between the exec team and other staff have been resolved.

Our people are the driving force behind our success and our culture. We acknowledge your concerns about the challenges we have faced, particularly in relation to financial challenges and the recent cost-cutting exercise and staff reductions which was, I am afraid, necessary and we are actively working on resolving any cultural issues.
