None of the meeting / conference or any group event will start on time...Always a delay of at least 1 Hour!! Service letter may take 90 days(working days) from the last working days if you are lucky...many are not even provided one if not fought with Human Resource Department..This will assure you to work without salary for 2 months in new company after leaving DCB Bank. Manager profile does not have any support from recruitment team to fill in the team. Does have the worst attrition . Advice managers never to join the bank. Policies and processes are not documented making possible to every manager to create his own orally! Very difficult to convince customer and get business as the bank has no brand value at all. Marketing and sales guys do be aware before taking up the job.. Commitment is least respected. If any one gets a commitment on completion of work within a TAT then rest assure the same will not be processed... HR will be commonly featured....
