With growth comes growing pains.

-Everyone is passionate about what they're doing -Leadership is transparent, problem-solving, and fully invested in the professional growth of their team -The culture is fun, it encourages taking risks and collaborating as a team -Lots of growth of opportunity! -Most people have families and the company really respects work/life balance

-With fast growth of any company comes growing pains. DI certainly feels those but tries to predict them and quickly find solutions. That said, it's a bit of a start-up mentality so you may have to play multiple roles at some point and have that entrepreneurial spirit. I like that, but probably not a good fit if you're just looking to push paper.
