Ventajas
If you do not want to work in a professional environment, want to pretend you are working while not doing anything productive and do not want to use your mind or qualifications - work here.
Desventajas
The company has a bond system where they expect people in this day and age to surrender all their educational documents to the company for a duration of 2-3 years. It is illegal but they get away with it because they hire people who are either in need of a job or do not know better.
Salary is always late, do not expect to be paid before the 15th (if you are lucky). People are expected to work for 12- 14 hours every day. They are not paid for overtime. Weekly offs depend on the moods of the management. Some people have to work on sundays too. It is basically not a company but a badly run school.
The administrative (Admin+ HR+ Finance, all in one) department is a mess. Do not expect any documentation or support you might need. Do expect to put up with their incompetence because apparently they run the company.
Management is still stuck in the 1970s. They hire people for their qualifications and then try to tell them how to do their job. When that does not work, they target the employee.
No systems and processes in place. Nobody knows whats happening or what they are supposed to do.
