Ventajas
DI gives people the freedom and trust to do their work. They foster a culture of innovation allowing for everyone's input and changing accordingly. There's room for growth as they promote from within. There's a pretty hefty training budget, I mean, they have a training budget! The pay is competitive and if you feel like there's an issue there they will re-evaluate and rectify if you bring it up. There's a good mix of being busy but having time to yourself. Really decent work life balance. I've learned so much different tech here and how to use it. There's room for learning and implementing new processes if you believe it'll be more efficient. Leadership listens and wants to help you have a fulfilling career and a happy life. There's a bar in the office and people ACTUALLY use it once in a while and it's great to hang out and talk about what other people are working on.
Desventajas
Sometimes the busy turns into chaos and it can be a little crazy. Which can turn into an erosion of work life balance. Usually when this happens, there's a bit of company fun reward/de-stressor after the dust settles though.
