Ventajas

Hybrid work available. Lots of people working remote too. Middle management is great but I feel bad for them and the crap they have to deal with. They are being forced to write positive reviews on here to offset any true voices coming here.

Desventajas

CRO- The main reason for all the culture issues here. Egotistical, poor leader but loves to spew out leadership advice. Demands being human and kind but won’t take ownership for any of his wrongdoing. It was mostly our fault because we “don’t put in the effort”. I wouldn’t be surprised if he sat around wondering why people keep leaving his sales org. Poor base pay, atrocious commission plans (half of competing companies). There’s no reason I should be able to leave and get a $40k bump in base going to your competitor doing the same exact thing. Huge advantage if you live close to one of the offices. They love their brown nosers here and are so blind to it being a problem. You can feel it when you’re walking in the office. So if you want to know how to succeed, just kiss that ash till you burn out and want to bash your head through a meat grinder. You’ll love it here!

Ventajas

Being able to work remote & autonomy.

Desventajas

Absolute lack of leadership from low level managers all the way to the top. The acquisition of Terminus was the nail in the coffin paired with the buy out from Great Hill Partners private equity. The internal team silos and inability to impact any type of change or cohesion is horrifically catastrophic. The first 6 months I worked here were nothing like the remaining years. The leadership turnover is speaks volumes. NO ONE likes working here, even the current employees.
