Desventajas
- Hiring is absolutely terrible. When I was promoted to the Team lead, I was handed over a team of 1st year Engineering Students with no knowledge of basic Networking, Linux, Python, etc and was expected to perform high-level Red Teaming like Persistence, Lateral Movement, AV/EDR Bypass.
- The ratio of the amount of work & the stipulated stipend was far off the charts. The work was too much & required nights of intense work. With this much work, the pay was nothing compared. Just 8K INR per month.
- No Laptop is provided by the company.
- You won’t be paid as a regular intern; only those promoted to a Team Lead position are eligible for a stipend.
- More than your skills, your relationship with managers determines your growth.
