      Ventajas

      Great people to work with. Lots of technical knowledge can be learned from just about anyone there. Very friendly environment with visible upper management. Overtime readily available for people who want it.

      Desventajas

      Management does what it can to save a buck. They don't try to keep top talent around, they're more than happy to let talent leave and just hire a new person off the street. Even if that means they have to increase hours. They also require a lot of background experience for entry level positions that don't really need that experience. Not a lot of room for growth.

      Ventajas

      Had decent work life balance. Had ability to work hybrid Great people to work with

      Desventajas

      Wages were not what should be for positions. Worked hourly instead of Salary which caused wages to feel even less Newer management didn't help company felt as if didn't have direction and couldn't get out of the hole that was dug. Software took too long to replace and advance
