Ventajas
None whatsoever. It's an awful company to work for.
Desventajas
Everything possible. The two brothers who own this company are vile and treat their employees very disrespectfully. Management is a joke, there is no communucation between managers and team leaders and nobody seems to know what the other one has said. You are flogged like a slave, often being expected to cover several other colleagues work. Because of this there are multiple burnouts and a high turnover of staff. If you do have a burnout then a "Witch Hunt" is formed against you by management, where they invent lies, constantly call, email and write letters to you, in order to try and manipulate, threaten and bully you back to work. In the end i had to seek legal advice for their cruel and unacceptable behaviour and i left shortly afterwards. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
