Ventajas
My 1 year at Dathena has been nothing short of incredible. Full of challenges every day yet extremely fulfilling when conquered - A truly rewarding experience. The flexibility and the freedom to build something of your own in a start-up environment and to voice out your ideas and opinions are thrilling. A great bunch of extremely talented people out here - collaborative, friendly, open, and diverse. The fast-paced culture may not be for everyone but if you are willing and prepared to wear multiple hats and hustle to conquer the mission, the company is willing to support your growth which has led to multiple breakthroughs for many at Dathena.
Desventajas
More of a fact than a con - Dathena is a growing company (like many start-ups) and there may be many pivots along the way so be expected to go the extra mile and it will be a rewarding experience for the people that hustle and are quick to adapt to changes.
