Management's approach to fixing problems is by applying band-aid solutions rather than fixing the root cause of the issue. This means you'll be constantly fixing the same problems. • No reward/punishment system. Hard work will go unrecognized, and slacking off will go unpunished. • Very little opportunities for career advancement or to learn new relevant-to-the-industry skills. • Very obvious nepotism.
