Ventajas
I worked at DataHawk for a year and a half now!
We went from 5 people to almost 25 during this period and I would say the scaling went very well.
The main advantages of this startup are:
- Very smart founders: In terms of technical knowledge, management, and the state of mind of great leaders, they tick all the boxes!
- The team is awesome, they are smart and kind. It's a real pride to be part of it.
- The work-life balance is very healthy, no rush every weekend or until late hours.
- We work on very interesting technologies & languages: C# 5 / .NET / Angular / SQL Server / Snowflake / Azure / Big data problematics / etc..
- We learn a lot every day
- The team is growing quickly and there are many positions to take
- A lot of autonomy and confidence for employees
- 0% churn over the last 18 months
- Stock options
- The strategic vision is dense and well thought out, so there are many very interesting technical challenges
- There are a lot of side advantages: ticket restaurant, health cover, free access to gyms, access to training, remote work, etc.
It's just some advantages but it's absolutely not an exhaustive list.
Desventajas
Honestly, it totally meets my expectations and I have trouble finding negative points.
