- the company provides you with excellent technical equipment to ensure safe and productive work - the vision, mission and purpose of the company are very meaningful and it feels good to contribute to a greater cause - regular team events and feedback cycles provide you with a feeling of recognition and open communication - colleagues from several departments work together straightforwardly all from Berlin, Potsdam, Barcelona and Singapore - problems or difficulties are being discussed directly and effectively

Desventajas

- sometimes, the overall communication among management and the departments can be a little bit bumpy, but all in all the company is aware of it and engages in many ways to optimise these issues
