When I first arrived at Data Evolution I was a bit shocked about how much management and leadership cared about their techs. I came from a very number driven IT organization and this was an incredible change of pace. Since working here I firmly believe that this is how all employees should be treated: with respect and dignity. The benefits are great and management is willing to work with you if any family or personal issues arise.

The company is still fairly small and lacks some basic procedures and onboarding processes, but management is working to close this gap. The remote support team is a little underwhelming and could use some more training, and staffing.

-No job security - you will lose your job before the holidays if there is no work, and in biotech, that’s not a given -Rules change on the fly - they will change your work flow to accommodate to the changes their outsourced “c-level” ops want to make -unprofessional management
