Basically not much pros about this company
Desventajas
At first, the top management is too stingy (SUPER STINGY) on the salary as compared to the market rate. They only care about those profit generated departments but not the supporting role. Often OT due to the heavy and terrible workload, poor system and too much ad hoc requested by the management. Requesting to work after 6pm and also in weekend just for the irrelevant orders approval. They are not appreciate reports or analysis produced by us. They always have big plans but change it at the end. They often exclude us in the discussion process even if the thing is related to finance. There is a company politic and over authority for someone in this company who are not suppose to. No compliance in the way of doing things. Not a good place for career enhancement.
