Ventajas
I've recently joined and I went through the reviews as well before joining, I think the reviews are pretty old and since then the management has learned and improved. They have set up different departments and the department heads do discussions and guide the people in those departments to work further on projects . .
People here are simultaneously learning and it feels really good because you get to interact with the top management and they are very open to suggestions, if those suggestion can really bring outcomes
Crowd is pretty young so you always have people up on their seats and moving which keeps the pace and the day running
And now that they have started hiring in apex management profiles I guess there is more transfer of knowledge because the new hires have good experience from previous companies
Desventajas
A cafeteria would be amazing addition and some more involvement of HR in conducting interactive acitivities like fun fridays or something else
